Ayurvedic Turmeric Face Mask
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tablespoon Chickpea Flour (Besan)
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon Yogurt (preferably plain)
- 1 teaspoon Almond Oil (optional)
- Rosewater (as needed for consistency)
Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine turmeric powder and chickpea flour (Besan).
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Add raw honey and yogurt to the dry mixture.
- Optionally, add almond oil for additional nourishment.
- Blend Well:
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth, consistent paste.
- Adjust Consistency:
- If the mixture is too thick, add rosewater gradually until you achieve a spreadable consistency.
- Application:
- Before applying the mask, cleanse your face.
- Apply the mask evenly to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
- Relax:
- Allow the mask to dry for about 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse Off:
- Gently rinse the mask off with lukewarm water.
- Pat your face dry with a clean towel.
- Moisturize:
- Follow up with your regular moisturizer.
